bulk up-how and get muscle
i wan to gain show weight and bulk up . i work out 3x wk and use whey protein after my workouts and nothing yet. i put 1 and half scoops and sometimes 2 scoops.
should i buy some weight gainer or should i just stay with what im doing at the moment . i just started the whey protein for 3 wks so far.
what else should i do. im asian and dont eat a lot of meat. so what can i do.
i want to bulk up but with muscle and not fat
i`m 5 7 140 and want to be like 170. any adviuce
