there is a thing called food, it is a magical drug, try it.
eat a fucking ton of meat, you azn so i assume u r a toothpick so u r going to have to eat your way out of your clothes. eat 8 meals a day at 500-600 calories, protein shakes are great but make sure u r eating lots of food to begin with, try going to the gym 5 days a week.
