I called and they said they couldn't afford to keep up with the rent..-.-

I thought they made tons of business cause it was always packed and they for sure made

their money on Sapporos

But Shabusen was the best place to go for ayce, aswell as Korean BBQ. Shame it closed

Cause now Burrard is always full
