Got a question for you long time runners; I've been going every 2-3 days for a 7k run for the past few weeks and my knees started to hurt like crazy after a run yesterday. Feels like the ligaments on the inside of the knee because when i press against it I can feel the pain. Anyone know what the cause of this is? improper alignment/bad technique, or just from the compression of suddenly picking up running regularly? thnx
