Usually warm up my rotator cuff (look back a few pages, make sure you do it or your shoulder will hurt .. or this link
@ 50 seconds is the exercise you should do, but try to rest your elbow on something ..)
I then do dumbbell press, then its time for my favorite exercise (youtube link):
Then I superset front raises > side raises > rear dumbbell (deltoid?) fly.
Traps I still haven't mastered but lately i've just been finding the biggest dumbells I can and shrugging those and I'm getting some results + grip strength is increasing.
Shoulder's are probably my favorite thing to workout

Finally got a routine that I'm seeing results with. I'm still lifting pretty light but these exercises are helping improve everything drastically. A lot of gyms have some specialty shoulder machines, they're worth checking out to safely get your muscles used to the motion.
