Stop drinking calories - that means no juice.

Stop eating refined carbs - that means no subway.

Lift heavy weights and for fucks sake, stop doing curls. Look up starting strength or stronglifts. Do those.

Meal frequency has absolutely no effect on your metabolism. If you can get all your calories in one meal, then that's fine.
