Agree with Berz. I used to be 160ish before I started getting into lifting. I've managed to bulk to 215lbs. This was about 3+ years of lifting. I took 6 months off @ one point due to injury. A lot of trial and error on diet and training since I was a complete noob. If I knew what I know now on nutrition and training, I probably could've done it quicker. Just requires dedication. Don't get discouraged if you don't see immediate results. If you're doing things right, it will come.
Stick to whole foods as much as possible, use supplement where its needed.
