When I take 1MR i usually can't function when I get home .. so I usually just take it at 8pm, study for half hour to an hour, then go gym high as fuck. Come home, completely pooped and just make a little food and pass out. No other way to deal with it imo.
Sometimes what I do when I'm feeling a bit hungry preworkout, I take a big spoonful of organic almond butter and wash it down with 1MR .. I'm guessing the fat in the almond butter slows the absorption of the 1MR and I come home from the gym and am retardedly full of energy and have energy through the workout as well (I guess you could say my energy levels were more linear .. no real crash). If my science is right, peanut butter should have the same effect.
Experiment a bit and see what works for you is all I can say. Btw, is it just me or does 1mr tastes nasty as hell after a few days of it.
