I bought a cartridge from them once when they had a store in Metrotown. (which is now shut down and replaced with an H&R Block) Seemed alright. It's your standard fare generic. Cheaper than say Staples but you can find cheaper online. (I usually use 123Inkjets.com when they have their sales)
