No, the right fog is on because the wheels are turned to the right. I was in a bit of a rush so I'm kind of bummed that I didn't notice it when I was shooting.

Yes most of my photos are edited in some way or another. For the first photo I added a cooling filter to it in photoshop since that one came out quite yellow originally. Keep experimenting with your white balance setting and you should be able to get rid of most of the yellowing.
