shit like this is my biggest beef with Apple, some people absolutely detest itunes etc. i hate how once you get like 2-3 software updates behind, your hardware starts crapping out and acting weird/poorly basically forcing you to upgrade
been like this ever since i had my 2nd gen ipod like 7 years ago
