You can ride any bike with your L without any supervision as long as you pass the motorcycle skills test. You are qualified for the MST after 14 days if you already have a class 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5. Other wise its 30 days.

Keep in mind doing a MST test on a sport bike is pretty hard.. I suggest looking into riding school. It's a good investment and Pacific riding school is qualified to conduct the MST.
