i used to be a big advocate for Opera, but their lack of customization turns off most initial adopters. Their features are great, but when it prevents a page from loading properly, or an external plug-in to call upon another program, most users either don't understand it or go right back to IE. I couldn't get anyone that wasn't more computer literate to stick to using Opera.
Maybe it's the websites i frequent, but I've never had FF3 crash one me once, and it's snappy enough and loads pages fast enough on my vertical screen that it's faster than my eyes can see. and i'm too used to lastpass (on Opera now), xmarks, noscript, adblock etc. on FF. the most interesting feature on Opera is the antivirus one imo.
