Problem is i set it to a really steep inclne, and it's one of those excercises i can't do alone. I need somebody to pass me the db's, wayy too hard to be hanging upside down while curling the weights up.

i have the same problem man. when it comes to decline i get absolutely owned. if your going from flat-incline-decline, it makes sense as to why though. i feel it hard on my chest and my triceps just doing flat and incline. when it gets to decline, your basically worn out your chest and triceps to the max. i havent found a fix (other than moving decline first or second or going lighter for the other exercises).
