pros? this food looks like crap! I hate when food is deconstructed to the point, where you need instructions to eat. I hope you wrecked some of those canals, cause all of them look like crap lol. My faiv chef once told me, if you have time to put a swirl on the plate, you clearly had time to make your food taste better.

bd0n show us what you got jackass. In some cases competition style plating isnt necessarily what you would find on a restaurants plate.
Creating healthy foods, vegetarian, etc... was always something I found hard to do and still make them look nice.
