I don't see the need to fail someone just because I posted a job on behalf of an employer.

When the hours are there, the possibility of getting paid well is there. Most of the time,
the jobs are not posted but a good buddy of mine asked if I knew anyone since I've worked with his firm in the past.

You will not likely get 40 hours a week. Perhaps my post was not clear on that. Typically, the hours are 10 - 20 hours a week and for new people sometimes you only get a day a week for 4 hours. The better you are, the more hours you are allowed to work.

They give some pretty crazy sales training but the job itself is not that hard. It's not uncommon for some of the people in the office to gross over $10,000 a month. $20,000 a month is probabaly doable but not normal.

I'm just posting a position for someone so there is no need to get worked up over it.
