3 weeks of doing sub 20 grams of carbs, went from 207 to 198 today, been lifting more and now going to be adding more cardio into my routine
continuing on with sub 20 grams until my birthday on the 6th where i'll probably go out for a steak and have a beer or two, then going to cycle carbs 1/2 days a week and -20 rest
also aiming for april for an EC stack
end of may goal, 180
