Try going into Windows Disk Management.

Depending on your version of windows... Windows 7 - it's Control Panel - Administrative Tools - Computer Management

and there should be a thing on the left for Disk Management. You should be able to see all the partitions of all the drives on your computer.

Delete All Partitions, then create new one...?
