great chest & back workout today, 3 sets reverse lat pulldowns, 3 sets barbell rows, 3 sets seated rows-palms facing up, 3 sets wide pullups, 3 sets deadlift not including warm up, hit a new pr, by this time biceps and forearms were worked a lot, when i did chest after i had to go down in weight for dumbbell press because
my forearms wouldnt stop shaking and my grip was loose, even with gloves, finished off with 3 sets of incline dumbbell press dropsetted with incline flies , i have a feeling im gonna be sore tomorrow
