Unfortunately, the D7000 tends to electrocute the user sometimes if the buttons are pressed in a certain sequence - other times it just explodes, decapitating the photographer.

Just kidding... The D7000 has the best image quality of any of the APS-C DSLR's on the market right now. It's amazing how much shadow detail can be brought out without noise in Lightroom3. Well, not as good as a 5DmkII or D700, but way better than a 7D or D300s. We've had some come through with AF issues such as front or back focusing, but the newer ones seem to have been fixed. Nikon will fix it for you at the Richmond repair depot for free if your camera is affected.
