hardness of a wheels isnt always associated with outdoor indoor.. there are some really sticky wheels that are above 78a. Depending if you are a foward or D, you want a diff setup and do not want the same grippiness across the board.. personal preference, but I would want softer wheels on the back and harder up front (as a forward)... so straight away speed isnt affected by soft wheels that have too much friction.
