Yes to phone. I lived without a phone for quite a while last year and this year I have been switching networks alot.. I can definitely live without one for a month. At first its really bad and times can get rough.. Since im relatively young or REALLY young compared to most of the people on rs i only use it to talk to friends so no big deal.. I have a job now so i need it. As for tv, I never watch it. I can't last a week without Internet haha it's my money source.. Edit: Lol posted via rs mobile
