ya, I would say renegotiate.. im sure with a little bit of a push they will take off the 20% booze bs... I mean you could always say you will just take business else where..(since you have options) see who gives you the best deal
But ya for the restaurants I think all 3 places are pretty solid .. I believe the price wise Kirin is most expensive -> starlight place -> Sun sui wah
