Not sure if you're a hardcore matchaa fan, but if you get ceremonial tea from Blenz served in a bowl, whisked until there's no chunks, roughly the same price as the matchaa latte (i think?) you get a hella good energy from it. Never had a crash since there's no sugar just strictly matchaa tea with hot water
