Looking at the map the area is directly below Compton. As anybody ever been there before? is the whole area really as bad as its reputation? Would i be ok walking 2 miles to my hotel at night by myself???? its hard to get unbiased opinions abt this online. Never been there but if I were you... I would jsut rent a car and drive (unless you are young)...rather be safe than sorry.. especially walking 2 miles at night when it's not your "territory"..
