Are the ones they were giving away downtown different from the $10 ones at the game?

I was at game 2 and asked someone where they got theirs from. She told me they just dumped out a few boxes at the store and people just cleared them out. She said one lady grabbed 100 of them in one go. I guess I got lucky and was able to buy a couple from one of the smaller stores at the game.
