I'm pretty happy with the E-PL1 I picked up last week, it's pretty fun, I have the LX5 as well but the LX5 IMO is more expensive and less fun but I feel like the low light performance is better, neither are as user friendly as canon interface IMO though. I'm still very happy with my good ol' G7 though haha
EDIT: I got my E-PL1 off newegg, it was a refurb but it was pretty cheap IMO, worked out to about 380 including tax + shipping and arrived in 3 business days
