DId any of you imbeciles actually read the study I posted? Here's a quote from it to make it easier:
"The true ileal digestibility of cooked and raw egg protein amounted to 90.9 ± 0.8 and 51.3 ± 9.8%, respectively".
This isn't the only one; there are more studies that prove cooked eggs yield nearly twice as much protein than uncooked. This is a fact. Combined with the a chance (slight but still present) of salmonella, which btw has happened to 2 of my friends due to eating vast amounts of uncooked eggs, anyone with 2 brain cells can see that it makes a little more sense to cook them. You're not friggin' Gaston from Beauty and the Beast- you can't just juggle eggs in the air and gulp them down.
