I'm going to high school in 5 months and I'm really insecure about my face (acne scars and blemishes). I want to hide them with makeup (foundation/concealer), but I heard that makeup makes you break out. I would also like to wear some eyeliner and mascara, not too much though. By the way, I'm 14 and turning 15 in June. Do you have any tips/advice on how to start out with makeup?
