^ Its just this (new?) waitress ive seen working at the bby location, shorter korean girl that ties her hair back in a ponytail or something

She's in need of a major attitude adjustment, doesn't smile or give any hint of courtesy to her customers. She doesn't say thank you, or ask you about your food or anything. Coming up to you for an order she'll be like "Yea?", the same for if you ask her for anything thereafter. It's just not a welcoming reponse really.

When shes bringing plates or glasses of tea (that she never offers to refill), she'll just toss them on your table and leaves without bothering to set them.

And when you're paying the bill, whether by cash or card, she'll also toss the bill pan and/or card machine at you, even when you're standing right in front of her ready to have it handed to you.

Maybe it sounds like this is expecting a lot, but I consider it fairly basic that patrons atleast feel mildly welcome and comfortable when dining in an establishment. Her attitude just doesn't make any of us (friends or family) feel like eating there again.

They're lucky they've got that new dude working there though, I think he knows and compensates for her lack of manners by being super courteous and offering excellent service. If it wasen't for him intervening I wouldn't have left any tip the last few times.
