i can't see the majority of their customers being affected by this, i'm just taking a wild guess here that less than 15% of their users actually go over the cap. Unless you download (& pirate) loads of shit...even with heavy audio/video HD streaming i don't see how one household would get close to 100GB...unless everyone's unemployed and just watch drama 24/7
