I think the fucking dumbass refs saw Ballard's shoulders touch Too Too's ankles.......... well, duh!!!! he was upside down, head over heals by that time. Nice hip check -- truly a lost art. Refs were just dumbfounded by the sight of such awesomeness, LOL
