My bet would be the power supply.
Maybe if you ran a video card with another rail/molex connector.
If you have a voltmeter, you could try to measure the voltage to see if you're getting stable voltages.
On a system like this, the load is 289 watts, generally your power supply to handle 60-80% of what it can do. eg 289/600=48.1%
