I work sometimes at Minoru or Watermania. Usually on Sats , I help out with the special needs kid this month. It's such a challenge. Its around $22/hour for starters, it can go up to $25/hour max i blv. My cousin works full-time, hes supervisor of pool, and hes on contract payment. He hates it coz its not as much as hourly pay, but you dont get the fringe benefits if you're on hourly pay. And yes, its A SHITLOAD for standing. I teach too, so more money. But I've been too busy with school, so I've been focusing on volunteer assistant teaching for more hours, looks better on resume

But keep in mind, getting certified for lifeguard requires years of training and thousands of dollars, so I guess it pays off well. And the screening process to becoming a lifeguard is insane, entrance exam, interview, etc etc etc headache
And ummm... one of them die and never have orgasm...
