I also recently ate at Mandalay Steakhouse. Started off great but got progressively worse.
Crab Cakes - 9/10
Chicken & Mushroom Tagliatelle - 7/10
Creme Brulee - 1/10
Seriously, the worst creme brulee I have ever had. Tasted exactly like vanilla pudding that you get in those cups when you are in elementary school. Did not resemble custard whatsoever. Completely ruined a decent meal. View was nice, but probably wouldn't go back anytime soon.
