Going to try that but I've got a tough time eating meat in the morning. After breakfast I can eat a lot though, so I'll try to maybe lose a slice of bread and add a protein shake or something. Time to get serious! I've cutout a lot of my trace carbs that I didn't even realize I was taking in (eating corn, carrots etc).
