Did back + shoulders today, It was pretty intense. I was @ the gym for an hour 55 minutes.
Was so dead afterwards! it took a lot out of me, not sure i could do it on every back day.
After working my rear delts with back flies I figured i may as well work the rest of my shoulders. Does anybody break up shoulders into 2 days?
Like as in rear delts on back day, and front + side delts on chest day
