Quebec City and Hamilton are probably the best choices for markets but they don't have a modern arena that can handle a NHL team so one would have to be built after securing an owner. Winnipeg has the facilities and a good sized population but good luck getting free agents willing to play there.
If they don't want to live in Edmonton, they sure as hell aren't going to like Winnipeg. If Pronger gets traded there, that would be AWESOME.
