well we got a free pass but my cousin and 4 others weren't satisfied so we got a refund as well
most of the others ran into a regular theatre to watch the rest of the film but so much time had passed that we weren't interested
the 3D was horrible; maybe because the film was fucked (hence the snap) but it was almost like watching a blurry movie @ times
