Try this... Take a few prawns and take the heads off, also keep a few whole and boil both for a couple mins. Once done try both and see what's best, hands down the heads off will be meaty and juicy... The heads on will still be meaty but will be a bit smaller and mushy on the outside.

Hmm never tried with head off cause the shit inside the head is just too good. I guess everyone does it differently! Lolill take down some notes!
