You probably can as 1174 is business math and is offered by both SFU and UBC. You can always try asking for Instructor's permission right before registration if you want to take 1174 again. Just do research on your professors before taking 1174. If you're in business, I believe you may take 1171 as a replacement or 1173, but the latter appears to be harder as it incorporates computer sciences?
