Bun Bo Tai is just my restaurant's special. No one else makes it but it's the same soup. The only difference is we don't put in the grey sauce that is basic in bun bo hue. Instead of beef flank/well done beef, we use sliced rare beef you find in pho but we marinade it in Lemon grass sauce. People who love bun bo hue in general gotta try it.

Just went to your joint today for lunch. Bun Bo Tai was wicked and I was guessing you marinaded your rare beef in lemongrass sauce. Loved it. Gonna be a regular there soon!
