Glad you liked it. If you've been in on weekends I probably seen your face then lol. Lots of regulars.

The Mi Cao Lau was awesome. Loved the garlic sauce on top, love the thinly sliced pork. I'm coming back for sure.

Some questions about the stuff in the Rau Thom.
I think there was romaine lettuce, thai basil and mint in there, but there were 2 herbs I couldn't identify.
The first one was a smooth leaf, smooth edges, slender and comes to a point. It was peppery in taste and was actually a little spicy.
The second one was small, it looked similar to the mint leaves, but with a smoother surface, but pointier edges.
Would be awesome if you could fill me in on what those were.

I love it when you can see the owners just chill out and sit down for a meal. The older guy was fiddling with the batteries of some remote controls, and the lady had on an apron. Somehow, seeing this always gives me a little more confidence in the honesty and authenticity of a place.

Cheers and Best of luck!
Gosh I only know the veggie names in vietnamese. I'll pay closer attention to the names of the veggies when my dad goes buys it. see if its labeled on the packages.
And my dad was fixing the controller for the ceiling fans cause they weren't working.
My whole family works there lol even my girlfriend (wife).

Haha nice, definitely tastes a lot different than every other bun bo hue soup you've tried at every other restaurant right?? I think bun bo hue at every restaurant tastes exactly the same. Or rather some restaurants just use Pho soup and put some different flavor in it.
