The ferry horn you heard were massive air horns mounted onto a jeep sorta like car. The guy had a compressor in the back to power the thing. Funny though, he just blasted the horn right at hamilton when everyone was leaving the CBC area, with cops all around, and everyone just cheered. It was pretty damn deafening though.
