(looks like they're a salon located in Ontario but have a store online; so you might want to think about calling up some salons locally and asking)

and if you dont mind an alternative there's Babaii volcanic ash sculpting clay @ sears

they're authorized L'Oreal Professional retailers (apparently L'Oreal only authorizes/authenticates its professional products that are sold in Salons everywhere else has been "diverted" and may be counterfeit)
