Fired up the bbq a couple of days ago.
Basic soy ribs


Basic soy marinade with ginger juice.
Skin was crispy but full of juice on the inside


Grilled zucchini. I kept it under the chicken wing hoping to catch some flavorful juice. Made it too wet... but never the less, it was super sweet
