So the GT-R with a gazillion computers controlling everything from front to rear and side to side torque split and shifting the dual clutch tranny, all wheel drive, 4 valves per cylinder with fully variable cam timing and all the rest of the "superior Japanese" engineering gets whipped by an American 2 valve per cylinder, OHV V8 engine in a RWD car with a plain old manual transmission.
Who's your daddy, bitch?
Sadly, this will do absolutely nothing to curb all the stupid GT-R is faster bullshit. Just waiting for all the lame ass excuses to come.

Laugh at the hatred towards GTR just because there are some fanboys out there who thinks GTR is the fastest car in the world. The way you type makes you look just as bad as some of those moronic fanboys out there.
While I respect ZR1 for being a real man's car, GTR is absolutely still a fast car considering the fact that it has more weight and less hp. It's a different class as well considering it fits 4 ppl, can be a comfortable cruiser, and be useful during winter unlike ZR1 which is not exactly a car you'd want to daily.
I honestly don't see any reason owning ZR1 over GTR unless you are an avid tracker. You'd probably be using 5% of what ZR1 is capable of on the street, and come on, how many of those ZR1 owners really got the skills to maximize the potential of the car?
