BARBEQUEEEEEEEEEEEEEE! Texas is WONDROUS for barbeques and definitely worth any wait. Such sweet succulent meats, bigger than your face, for a decent price... *drool* I need to go back to Texas. Eat catfish, beef and pork. Chicken is dryish (yes, i will say that after going to several places, all ending the same way). Mesquite is not a potato chip flavour for nothing!
You may think it's not worth it, but you use up about 2-3 hours eating and drinking, so make it count!
