Just go out and try pho wherever you see a Vietnamese restaurant in Paris. They're scattered throughout the city and the people there are extremely friendly.

Got it. Was looking for recc's (cheap/big/delicious) for good pho, Euro/Parisienne influence, whatever that may be.
