With a 35 lb dumbbell (all one arm) -
Swing
Snatch
Overhead squat
Row
Clean and press
That's one rep. x5 each arm. 60 seconds rest. 4 sets.
Followed by a 5, 10, 15, 20, 15, 10, 5 db squat pyramid with 50 lb dumbbells.
